George Logan, Senior Advisor

George Logan is a ten year veteran with Hilda W. Allen Real Estate; a broker with twenty five years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to his affiliation with Hilda Allen he developed multi-family properties and locations and stores for major retailers. Based on his retail experience he has written about the parallel demands and opportunities retailers and golf operators confront in today's market place. One of his signature commercial brokerage transactions is a 100,000 square foot building inspired by Philadelphia’s Independence Hall. Today it's the home of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University , Macon, Georgia.

Marty Howell

Marty is a 12 year veteran of Hilda W. Allen Real Estate, Inc. He is an associate broker and handles most of the marketing and advertising.

Tom Hilliard

Devoted to promoting the game of golf, Tom Hilliard has spent over 25 years as a PGA Professional passing along the spirit of the game in its finest traditions for all to appreciate and enjoy. With leadership experience from two exceptional private clubs in the southeast Tom brings a wealth of operational knowledge to Hilda Allen Real Estate, Inc.

Growing up in South Georgia, Tom grew to love the game as a teenager playing on the weekends with his dad and on his hometown high school golf team. After a degree in Accounting and Business Administration at Shorter College and playing four years on Shorter’s Nationally ranked golf team, Tom decided to turn his passion for the game into a profession.

Joining The Landings Club in Savannah, Georgia Tom served 17 years with the last six years as the Director of Golf. Located on a beautiful, serene island, The Landings Club has six championship golf courses and four pro shops in a very active golf community.
Tom played a significant role in the growth and development of the golf program at The Landings Club, watching it expand from two courses to six during his service there.

During his employment at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida Tom sought to organize an exceptional and talented staff dedicated to serving the needs of the seasonal Club’s members. The extensive tournament schedule for this 36 hole facility included events for men, women, 9-hole ladies, juniors as well as many special member-guest tournaments and outings.
