Directions
From I-40, take Exit #184 Lewisville/Clemmons Exit onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road south. Proceed 2 miles across US158 onto Middlebrook Road until you come to a stop sign at Idols Road. Turn right and proceed 2 miles to a sharp left turn in the road. This is Dock Davis Road. Another mile and you will see the entrance to Salem Glen Country Club on your right. This is Glen Day Drive. Follow the signs on the left to the clubhouse
