Club Facts
The Course at Maggie Valley Club offers a unique challenge for beginners and the most seasoned players. This established, 6500-yard course is surrounded by centennial trees and includes 30 acres of fairways leading to large bent grass greens. The front Valley Nine allows players to warm up before tackling the significantly more challenging Mountain Nine, which features an elevation rise of 800 feet and panoramas of the valley and beyond. The course at Maggie Valley Club highlights some of Western North Carolina's most spectacular scenery. The area's temperate climate and the course's native foliage, perennial gardens and creek-fed ponds make for fantastic year-round golf.
Amenities
The Golf Course The 6,500 course at Maggie Valley Club & Resort offers a challenge for beginners and the most seasoned players. The 18-hole course is open daily year-round and is open to the public. The Driving Range At 250 yards with an upslope at the end and three different flags, the driving range is a perfect place to work on your golf game. The Pool & Hot Tub The heated pool is always a warm 82 degrees and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. It's only open to members and guests, so it's never too crowded. The pool facilities are open from mid-April to October. Activities Lawn The sprawling lawn located next to the pool is a perfect location for a picnic, event or a wedding. Fitness Center The fitness center is open daily from 6am to 9pm and has plenty of equipment. Featuring treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, a universal weight machine, free weights and more, the fitness center is perfect for a great workout. Tennis Courts The tennis courts include a plexipave surface and a ball machine to make solo practice easier, or join other members and guests for a weekly tennis game. On-site tennis instructor available.


Directions
Resting in a valley between the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains, Maggie Valley is at about 3,000 elevation. It is easily accessible by good roads or nearby airports, including Asheville, Knoxville, or Greenville.
An Easy Drive From the East (Asheville/Charlotte) Take I-40 West to Exit 27 (Maggie Valley) onto U.S. 19 South. Travel approximately 3.5 miles. Take Exit 103 for Maggie Valley and go several miles to the third traffic light. Turn right at light onto Moody Farm Road. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn right onto Country Club Drive. Clubhouse is on the right.
From the West (Knoxville) Take I-40 East to exit 20, 276 South. Take 276 south to U.S. 19 South (turn right). Turn right onto Moody Farm Road (at traffic light). Travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Country Club Drive at Maggie Valley Club West Entrance sign. Travel approx 500 yards. Bear right into Maggie Valley Club. The clubhouse is located at the top of the hill.
From the Northwest (Cherokee) Take U.S. 441 South to U.S. 19 North (Maggie Valley). Turn left onto Moody Farm Road (at traffic light). Travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Country Club Drive at Maggie Valley Club West Entrance sign. Travel approx 500 yards. Bear right into Maggie Valley Club. The clubhouse is located at the top of the hill.
From the Atlanta area and points south Take U.S. 441 to U.S. 23, exiting in the city of Waynesville (exit 102B). Take 276 North to U.S. 19 South (turn left). Turn right on to Moody Farm Road (at traffic light). Travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Country Club Drive at Maggie Valley Club West Entrance sign. Travel approx 500 yards. Bear right into Maggie Valley Club. The clubhouse is located at the top of the hill.
