Established in 1965, this semi private club with 570 dues paying members has been under the same family ownership for a quarter century and was purchased from the original owners. Enjoy the smooth Bermuda fairways and greens, undamaged by record heat waves, old growth trees and a 187 acre lake built in 1843 where breezes stir and cool the course even on the warmest days. The lake is part of the property but it is regulated by a modern dam that is owned and operated by county government.
